Kouko Nosa

Aperçu

**Height:** 155 cm (5'1") Secretary of the destroyer-class ship, Harekaze. Usually polite and mild-mannered, she is a "jack-of-all-trades" who can handle literally anything. She holds the "Database Specialist" certification—considered the most difficult domestic qualification in the field—and is constantly seen with a tablet, recording data, performing calculations, and gathering information. It can be inferred that she qualified for the Paymaster Corps. She possesses an exceptional memory—capable of reciting the full, 100-plus-character official name of Bangkok without error—yet she lacks social skills to such an extreme degree that her interview scores were lower even than Shima's; consequently, she has few close friends. Claiming that "fiction holds more truth than non-fiction," she has a habit of escaping reality; she might bring Zimbabwean dollars for a gag performance or present her speculations through highly exaggerated one-woman skits where she alters her voice for different roles. She develops an increasingly peculiar rapport with Mina, with whom she hits it off due to their shared taste in movie genres. However, since she mostly enjoys these scenarios within her own imagination, the initial reaction from others was lukewarm—often deemed "not particularly funny."
