Tooe Gaen

Aperçu

Tooe is [Izuko Gaen](https://anilist.co/character/87115)'s older sister. Like Izuko, Tooe used to be a specialist; unlike her sister, she created oddities, including the Rainy Devil. Tooe is [Suruga Kanbaru](https://anilist.co/character/22054)'s mother. When Suruga was young, Tooe and her husband died in a traffic accident; due to this, Suruga was given the Rainy Devil's left arm: the monkey's paw.
