Garm

Aperçu

She is a watchdog at a watchdog center. It is not clear as to what she does, but it is implied that she is a source of information for the Makai knights and alchemist. German Luis would often visit her to make inquiries about other Makai knights and alchemist and to find out about the activities of the Horrors. She often displays a lazy and apathetic personality.
